Mark L. Jankowski, 60, of Des Plaines, IL, died February 11, 2025, in Des Plaines. He was born February 26, 1964, in Chicago, IL, son to Carol (Sterczek) and the late Leon Jankowski. Mark worked as a distribution manager for many years. He loved playing and watching hockey, golf and cheering on his favorite team, the Cubs. Mark was loved and he will be dearly missed by his family

Survivors include his mother, Carol; sisters, Kim (Steve) Shields and Leslie (Josh) Schnulle;  nephews and niece, Zach (Lia) Shields, Tristan Schnulle and Harlee Schnulle.

Mark is preceded in death by his father, Leon Jankowski.

His visitation is at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL, 61008 and will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 11:30 a.m. a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the  American Diabetes Association.
