Marjorie J. Carlson, 93, of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully Friday, June 25, 2021. Marjorie was born March 19, 1928 in Elgin, IL, the daughter of Harold and Hazel (Irving) Dierking. Marjorie was married to Herman Feldman for 51 years who preceded her in death. Marjorie married Leonard Carlson on March 19, 2003. They were married for 7 years until Leonard's passing. Marjorie was employed with the Elgin Watch Company during WWII. She worked for Elgin Manufacturing, a vet clinic in Colby, WI, and drove a school bus for District 100 in Belvidere. Marjorie was a collector of stamps and coins and loved all things music. She was a master seamstress, making clothing and wedding dresses for members of her family. She was a faithful member of Evangelical Covenant in Belvidere, IL. Most importantly, Marjorie loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She will be missed by all.

She is loved and missed by her children, Judith Kriegel, Daniel Feldman, Mary (Mark) McGuire, Karen (Deen) Hulstedt, Richard (Cindy) Feldman, Robert (Marla) Feldman, Roger (Debra) Feldman, Deborah Feldman; sister, Barb Schut as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Herman and Leonard, a sister and two brothers.

The visitation will take place from 10:00-10:50 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Evangelical Covenant Church, 220 E. Harrison St., Belvidere, IL 61008. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 with Rev. Scott Nellis officiating. Burial in Highland Garden of Memories. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church.
