Margie Ann Johnson, 80 of Belvidere, IL died July 3, 2025, in the comfort of her home with family. Margie was born on March 26, 1945 in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Gilbert and Mildred (Anderson) Osberg.

She married Orin E. "Gene" Johnson on February 7, 1976, in Garden Prairie, IL. Margie worked in the coconut room at Eden Fruit in Poplar Grove, and Washington Grade School in Belvidere, Bergner's in Cherry Valley, and as an apartment detailer at Parkside Senior Apartments in Belvidere. Margie enjoyed word search puzzles, her favorite shows, and quality time with family and friends. She was a gifted Embroiderer who loved to make kitchen towels with whimsical and traditional designs for family and friends.

Margie is loved and will be missed by her children, Dennis Meyers, Teresa Meyers (Harry Blaisdell), Gail (Regan) Gray; her grandchildren, Erik Meyers, William "Bug" Gray, and Emma Gray; her stepchildren, Rhonda (Rick) Jacobson, Debra (Nick) Nardiello, Linda (Elliot) Harris, and Diana (Todd) Walberg.

She is predeceased by her husband, parents, sister, Marilyn Johnson, brother Allan "Ozzie" Osberg, and daughter in law Tammy Meyers.

Margie's graveside memorial service will be, Monday July 21 at 11am, at Belvidere Cemetery, located at 1121 N. Main Street, Belvidere, IL 61008.
