Margarita Camacho Alvarez, 85, of Rockford, IL passed away unexpectedly in Mexico City, Mexico following a sudden illness. Margarita was born September 10, 1936 the daughter of Angel and Maria (Soledad Andrade) Camacho. She married her husband Carlos Alvarez who preceded her in death. Margarita loved her family, loved raising her children and cherished her grandchildren.

Margarita is loved and will be missed by her children, Hector Alvarez, Leticia Alvarez, Sandra Alvarez, Jaime Alvarez, Carlos Alvarez, Jesus Alvarez, Francisco Alvarez, Pilar Acosta as well as Evalia and Teres who preceded her in death. Margarita is also survived by her sisters Graciela Camacho and Maria Soledad; 27 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.

The Funeral Service for Margarita will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 19, 2021 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Avenue, Belvidere, IL. The visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial in Belvidere Cemetery. Memorials can be given in care of the family.
