Margaret E. Peterson, 93, of Belvidere, passed away Wednesday morning, February 2, 2005 in Northwoods Care Center. Born April 24, 1911 in Rockford, Illinois. The daughter of Edward and Lena (Schewe) Seiler. She married Harvey R. Peterson on April 21, 1934 in Cherry Valley, Illinois. Margaret is survived by Daughter, Sherry Ann (Don) Greenhow, of Belvidere; and Son, Neal Peterson, Palm Springs, California; five grandchildren, Kevin (Michelle) Greenhow, Gary Greenhow, Julie Margaret (Kenneth) Freeman, Mark Peterson, and Kathryn (Leon) Reitman; and seven great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Dustin, Brock and Caleigh Greenhow; Mark and Emelia Reitman. Predeceased by her parents, husband in September of 1982, son, Jerry; sisters, Clara Phillips, Florence Howell, and brothers, Edward, Jr., Harold and Kenneth Seiler.
