Margaret M. (Koath) Doane, 57, of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully, Tuesday morning, October 8, 2019, in her home surrounded by her loving family.  Margaret was born June 6, 1962 in Elgin, IL the daughter of Robert E. and Grace J. (Christofferson) Koath.    Margaret married Joseph W. Doane in Dundee, Illinois on October 24, 1992.  She was a coordinator for Landstar in Rockford the past eleven years.  More important to remember is that Landstar became a second family to Margaret.  The support and care received from her work family will always be remembered and continues to provide comfort.  Over the years, Margaret had many interests outside her family and work.  Some of these interests included Karate, earning a Black Belt; and line Dancing, where she met many friends. Margaret love being active and participated in multiple Spartan races and numerous 5k road races. Margaret was thankful for all of her supportive friends at PCF Gym and Landstar.  Margaret made her spiritual home at Poplar Grove United Methodist.

Margaret is loved and will be missed by her husband, Joseph;
children, Erin Doane, Monica (Steve) Halle and Alicia (Adam) Mort;
grandchildren, Brayden and Kendall; her mother, Grace and sister, Karen; niece
and nephew, Liz Long and Tim Schaden.
Margaret is preceded in death by her father, Robert and sister, Paula.

A memorial gathering will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 am on
Monday, October 14, 2019 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W.
Hurlbut Avenue, Belvidere, IL. Memorial
services will be held at 11:00 a.m Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Doug
Carroll, pastor of Poplar Grove united Methodist Church officiating. Memorials in Margaret's name can be directed
