Marcia E. Brickson, 79, of Belvidere, IL, died May 26, 2024, in Genoa, IL. She was born August 3, 1944, in Belvidere, IL, daughter to Albert John Koch and Eleanore Madora Coleman. Marcia married Robert Brickson February 15, 1964,  in Belvidere. She graduated from Belvidere High School in 1962 and attended University of Phoenix and Rock Valley College with a degree in Nursing. She owned a nursing business specializing in Wound Ostomy Continence and was a Nurse for Swedish American and Crusader Clinic. Marcia loved to take care of people and was very family oriented. She loved to crochet and was a worldly traveler seeing the sites in places like Hawaii, Aruba and Mexico.

Marcia is loved and will be missed by her children, Kimberly Berman, Gary Brickson, Kevin (Rexanne) Brickson; grandchildren, Heather (Matt) Rosinski,  Matt (Kaitlyn) Brickson, Holly (Kevin) Brickson, Jordan (Koryn) Brickson, and Austin Berman; great- grandchildren, Jerreka, Chad, Kennedi, Dawson, Brenyn, Addison, Demi, Ellie, Ayden, Jordan, Brielle, and Amelia.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Eleanore Koch; husband, Robert Brickson; grandson, Steven Berman; great -granddaughters, Amelia and Cora Brickson; and beloved dog, Princess.
