Belvidere, ILLucille F. Headrick, 80, of Belvidere, IL passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 29, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Lucille was born August 18, 1933 in Cicero, IL the daughter of Frank and Edna (Hanson) Svestka. She married William Roy Headrick on October 21, 1978 in Belvidere, IL. Lucille retired after twenty-five years of service to Pearson Fasteners in Rockford, as a supervisor. She was a member of the John Hugo Kaiser Post 1461 VFW and the American Legion Boone Post 77; and enjoyed flower gardening.Lucille is loved and will be missed by her husband, Roy of Belvidere; daughter, Phyllis (Ed) Smerke of Cherry Valley; grandchildren, Karen (Mike) Cota of El Monte, CA Kim (Mike) Kuba of DeKalb, IL; great-grandchildren, Michael and Kylie; Stepchildren, William Roy Headrick, JR of Oklahoma, Theresa (Wayne) Smith of Missouri, Missy (Curtis) Wilmuth of Pecatonica, IL; step-grandchildren, Stephanie, Samantha, Dusty and Stormy; step-great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn; sister Edna Thrasher. Lucille is preceded in death by her patents; sisters, Shirley, Doris and Laverne; brother, Richard.
