Lucas Justin Whitehead, age 1, of Belvidere, IL died Monday afternoon November 23, 2009 in Children's Memorial Hospital, Chicago, IL after a life long illness. Lucas was born October 27, 2008 in Oaklawn, IL the son of Justin E. Whitehead and Susie M. Chavira. He is survived by his parents; brother, Damion; sister, Alicia; grandparents Susan (Dudley) Hagan, Ed Hughes, Renee (Donna) Chavira, Yolanda Aguilera; great grandparents, Ray and Ramona Chavira; Frances Stewart; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
