Louis A. "Louie" Dent, Jr. 45, of Belvidere, died unexpectantly on Thursday, March 6, 2008 from a sudden illness. He was born August 19, 1962 in Philadelphia, Pa. the son of Louis A. and Rose A. (Spivey) Dent, Sr. He has lived in Belvidere the past year moving here from Carpentersville, Ill. Lou married Alicia L. Brown in Las Vegas Nev., on April 16, 2001. He worked as an I.T. Analyst in Troubleshooting problems in network lines. He honorably served his country in the Air Force from 1980 to 1986. He was a former member of the Calvary Gospel Chapel in Philadelphia. He enjoyed playing Chess. He was a sports fanatic and a die-hard Eagles fan. He attended Central High where he was in the gifted program and graduated from Overbrook High School in Philadelphia. He is survived by his wife, Alicia; three sons, Louis "Xavier", age 9; Louis "Zarius", age 5; and Louis "Vontez" age 2; his mother, Rose Dent and Father Louis (Lynda) Dent, Sr. both of Philadelphia, Pa.; a sister, Gabrielle (Anthony) Armstead, Lansdale, Pa.;his father-in-law, Audrick Brown, Sr.; five brother-in-laws, Audrick, Jr. (Valarie); Anthony; Theodore (Daphanie); Audrick, III (Jeri); and Jonathan (Danielle) Brown; a sister-in-law, Francine (Kenny) McCullough; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Louie was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Olivia Brown and his grandparents.
