Lorado J. "Red" Gluth, 83, of Belvidere, IL died peacefully, Tuesday, November 25, 2008 in Nelson-Debes Sub Acute Care Center, Rockford, IL after a short illness. Lorado was born March 2, 1925 in Belvidere, IL the daughter of David J. and Rebecca E. (Sapp) Eisler. She married Harold A. Gluth on June 22, 1947 in Woodstock, IL; he predeceased her in June of 1992. Lorado loved her family. She enjoyed flower gardening, fishing and watching professional wrestling on television, her favorite was the "Animal". She was an excellent seamstress and loved to knit scarves and sweaters for her great grandchildren.Survivors include her daughter, Judy Effler of Rockford; son, Tom Gluth ; grandchildren, Sandra (Donald) Hunt, Sally Effler, Travis Effler; great grandchildren, Trent, Jacob, Andrea, Cody and Charlie; special nieces and nephew, Dawn Fields, Susan Volkey and Donald Eisler.Lorado is predeceased by her parents, husband, brother Darwin Eisler and nephew Robert Eisler.
