Linda K. Wickler, 57, of Belvidere, died Tuesday, October 25, 2005 in O.S.F. St. Anthony Medical Center following a six month illness. Born March 9, 1948 in Freeport, Illinois, daughter of Donald A. and Blanche (Weigle) Sheetz. Lived 30 years in Belvidere, coming here from Freeport. Married to Terry Wickler in Freeport, July 9, 1966. Linda was a valued employee by Northwoods Health Care Center for 20 years. She thoroughly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and shopping. She is a graduate of Freeport High School. Survivors include her husband, Terry, of Belvidere; daughter, Rachel (Michael) Toth, Stillman Valley, Illinois; son, Robert (Jaime) Wickler, South Haven, Mississippi; three grandchildren, Stacy and Paul Toth, of Stillman Valley; and Daniel Wickler, South Haven; a sister; Carolyn Waller and special friend, Marg Sawyer. Linda is predeceased by her parents.
