Linda Jo Orton, age 70, Belvidere, IL, passed away February 10th, 2021 after an extended illness. She was born in 1950, to Roy and Jessie Deisinger, in Mauston, WI. Linda graduated from Belvidere High School in 1968 and later married Gary Orton in 1980. Linda is survived by her loving husband Gary, her son Bryan Lee Orton and wife Jennifer, sons Todd, Craig and Bryan Mark Orton, daughter Paula Orton and partner Elizabeth, brother Larry Deisinger and wife Cindy, brother Mike Deisinger, niece Tricia Brown, great-niece Lexi Brown and grandchildren Tyler, Brady, Charlotte & Elliot Orton and Eli and Arie Glynn. She was predeceased by her parents, Roy and Jessie Deisinger, grandparents Helen and Hubert Hauer and Roy Deisinger.

Linda worked for the Illinois Tollway Authority for over 30 years, meeting her husband through work. She enjoyed crafting and crotchet, making all types of keepsakes and blankets for friends and family members over the years. She especially enjoyed spending time with her beloved grandchildren.
