Larry D. Swanson, 67, passed unexpectedly on Friday, December 23rd, 2022.  Larry was born in Belvidere, Il to Clarence and Lois (Bergeron) Swanson on December 21st 1955. Larry graduated from Belvidere High School in 1975. He loved riding his bike throughout Belvidere, no matter the weather. He would ride to the Boone County Fair all 7 days and have breakfast at The Grange. Larry enjoyed going to church on Sundays with his dad and brother Brian. During the summer months while his father was alive, you could find Larry out at his dads helping with yard work. Larry also loved bowling, playing pool, and football.

Larry is loved and will be missed by his sister Diane (Brad) Anderson, brothers Brian and Daniel (Bernice) Swanson. Nephew Matthew and nieces Shannon (David) and Heather. And great niece Nevaeh and great nephew Dylan. He is preceded in death by his parents.

A visitation for Larry will be Thursday, January 5 at 10AM at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services. Funeral to follow at 11AM with Pastor Rick Lindholtz officiating. Burial at Highland Garden of memories.
