Larry E. "Jumbo" Baars, 59, of Kingston, died Sunday, April 22, 2012 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born January 10, 1953 in Belvidere, son of Marshall and Gloria (Shook) Baars. Owned trucking company JB3 for 4 years and had worked for many Belvidere area trucking companies. Started out farming, enjoyed riding horses, driving mules and was a lifetime member of the Boone County Fair. Survivors include his spouse Natalie (Peterson) Madeen, children Dana Baars of DeKalb, Daniel Baars, Mike (Kristin) Madeen, Katie (Derek Vance) Madeen all of Belvidere, grandchildren Rebecca Baars, Cole Madeen, brother Kenneth (Tina) Baars of Belvidere, niece Cassandra Baars, and nephew Kyle Baars. Predeceased by parents.
