Larry Charles Gaupp, 85, of Marengo, IL, peacefully passed away on October 27, 2024, after a long illness. Born on May 11, 1939, in Nekoosa, WI, he was the beloved son of Adaline (Atkin) and Fredrick Gaupp.

On December 9, 1967, Larry married the love of his life, Kathleen Marie (Graff). Together, they shared 54 wonderful years filled with love and cherished memories.

Larry proudly served in the United States Army and later dedicated many years to a career in OTR trucking. His passions included race cars and motorcycles, and was an avid animal lover, but nothing brought him more joy than spending quality time with his family.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, remembered for his warmth, kindness, and the love he shared with those around him.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Kay Graff; son, Chuck (Jackie) Schultz; grandchildren, Calvin (Rachel) Schultz, Cassie (Mike) Watkins, and Kayleen Marie Dollman; great grandchildren, Elsy and Evan Schultz and Oliver Watkins; sister, Beverly (Sheldon) Voss; brothers, William Gaupp and Robert (Nancy) Gaupp, he is also survived by his "Outlaw" Cathy Rogers, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

He is predeceased by his parents Adaline and Fredrick Gaupp, his wife, Kathleen Gaupp,  and younger brother, Thomas Gaupp.

Cremation rites have been accorded and celebration of life to be determined at a later date.
