Kristopher J. Gleason, 44, of Belvidere, Il passed away Tuesday evening, July 24, 2018 in his home.  Kris was born January 11, 1974 in Rockford, IL the son of Larry R. and Carol Ann (Janisch) Gleason.  Kris graduated from Belvidere High School in 1992.  He married Allison M. Spotz on October 11, 1997 in Belvidere.  Kris worked for Paccar Parts in Rockford and in his spare-time, he enjoyed woodworking, fishing, snowmobiling and four-wheeling.

Kris is loved and will be missed by his wife, Allison; sons, Gunnar and Gavin both of Belvidere, IL; mother, Carol Ann Gleason of Belvidere, IL; sisters, Karla Jo (Brad) Peterson of Rockford, IL and Karrie Ann (Wesley) Gobea of Sumter, S.C.; nieces and nephews, Abby (Fiancé Tony Arellano) Gleason, Jake Peterson, Seth Peterson, Preston Spotz and Valerie Spotz.; father in-law and mother in-law, Chuck and Cinda Spotz; brother in-law, Chad (Katrina) Spotz.  Kris is preceded in death by his father, Larry; brother, Kyle Easterby and grandparents.

Visitation for Kris will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday, July 27, 2018 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Avenue, Belvidere, IL.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018 at the funeral home.  Burial in Belvidere Cemetery.  Memorials can be given in care of Kris' family.  To share a memory, please visit www.Andersonfcs.com
