Kimberly Dawn Freeman, 48, of Rockford, died suddenly Sunday, December 16, 2012 in Swedish American Hospital. Born November 9, 1964 in Belvidere; daughter of Harry Freeman and Sandra (Wozniak) Hilgenberg. Kim worked as a cashier for Logli's. She was an avid Packer fan and loved animals. She was kindhearted, up-beat, happy, generous, and always willing to help out anyone who needed it. Survivors include her "Honey" Ray Branch of Rockford; parents Harry (Sandy) Freeman of Garden Prairie, Sandra (Paul) Hilgenberg of Cherry Valley; sisters Beth (Kevin Albrecht) Licht of Belvidere, Kristin Mishler of Caledonia; nieces Nicole and Jamie Licht, Megan Mishler; and nephew Justin Mishler who is currently serving in US Marine Corps.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
