Kevin Johnson, 68, of Belvidere, IL, died peacefully May 17, 2025, in Belvidere. He was born September 4, 1956, son to Howard and Elizabeth ( Peterson) Johnson. Kevin graduated from Belvidere High School and worked as a manager at Eagles Food Store for many years. He attended a Presbyterian church and loved to attend the Boone County Fair. He was a proud gun collector and enjoyed stock car racing and the demolition derby. He loved "Good friends and good music." Kevin will be missed.
Kevin is loved and missed by his brother, Mark Johnson; special friend, Dora Rockwell; other special friends, Tom and Joanne; cousin, Shelia; aunt, Nancy; and multiple cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Curt Johnson.
