Kenneth L. "Scooby" Fay, II, 18, of Belvidere, died Friday, August 21, 2009 in his sister's home in Beloit, Wisconsin. He was born on August 15, 1991 in St. Joseph's Hospital in Belvidere; the son of Kenneth L. and Christina (Rehaste) Fay. He enjoyed building bikes and fishing. He attended Belvidere Schools. "Scooby" is survived by his parents, Ken & Christina, of Belvidere; three sisters, Jennifer, Lillian and Sarah Fay; two brothers, John David and Randy Fay. Maternal grandparents, Dexter and Claire Brennecka , and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Harold and Jeanette Fay and aunt, Linda Rehaste.
