Kenneth Wayne Pond, 60, of Machesney Park, IL died peacefully in Janesville, WI, August 14, 2021. He was born June 16, 1961, in Rockford, IL, son to Stanley E. and Margie E. Pond. Kenneth graduated high school and had a long career as a CNC machine operator working for Barber Coleman manufacturer in Rockford. He loved motorcycles, old cars and Jeeps. He loved his guns and was a history buff especially war history. He loved his family and friends. He will be dearly missed.

He will be missed especially by his daughter, Allison (Tyler) Yaeger; son, Andrew (Sarah) Pond; sisters, Marcia (Jerry) Brus and Suzette (John) Justus; grandchildren, Jackson, Addison and Bennett; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Kenneth is preceded in death by his father and mother, Stanley and Margie Pond.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until noon, Monday, August 23, 2021 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL, 61008.
