Kenneth Howard, 73, of Belvidere, IL passed away, Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in O.S.F St. Anthony Medical Center. Kenneth was born October 4, 1941 to Shirley and Ethel (Barker) Howard. He married Diane Stone on May 29, 1981 in Belvidere, IL. Ken was a graduate of Belvidere High School and pursued a career in Manufacturing. He proudly served his country with the Navy for 7 years. Ken was an avid fisherman and loved supporting his Chicago Bears.

Ken is survived by his brothers, Shirley (Laurie) Howard, Robert Howard; sisters, Nancy Phillips, Ella Graves. Ken is predeceased in death by his parents; wife, Diane Stone; brothers, Thomas Howard and Richard Howard.
