June L. Neubert, 87, of Belvidere, died Saturday, June 11, 2011, in her home surrounded by her children. Born August 30, 1923 in Zeigler, IL, daughter of Edward and Ethel (Brown) Whitfield. Married Wayne Neubert on February 24, 1945 in San Diego, CA., he died December 30, 2003. During WWII June contributed to the war effort at an aircraft manufacturing plant as a genuine "Rosie the Riveter". Member of Calvary Baptist Church since 1978. Worked as a shift supervisor for Green Giant for 22 years retiring in 1988.Survivors include her sons Daniel (Linda) of Byron, Randall of Loves Park, and Steven (Lisa) of Phoenix, AZ, daughter Janis Neubert of Belvidere, grandchildren Ronald, Lisa, Ryan, Jennifer, Jason, Heather, Andrea, Melissa, Autumn, Joseph, Richard, Kienen, Cory, Kelly, Emily and Olivia, great-grandchildren Sarah, Nathan, Daniel, Emma, Noah, Abbey, Ella, Hannah, Christina, Kaitlyn and Tommy. Predeceased by her parents, husband, sons Gary and Kenneth, and brother Joe Whitfield.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Calvary Baptist Church.
