June M. (Crawford) Morgan of Belvidere passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 24, 2026. June was born on June 5, 1926, in Rockford, IL to Oliver and Elsie (Schwebke) Crawford. She graduated from Belvidere High School in 1944. June worked for Champion Packaging in various roles before retiring after 42 years as Office Manager. On June 5, 1948, June married the love of her life, Dale Morgan. June and Dale were married for 69 years. June and her husband loved traveling and had many adventures over the years– including their big Alaska trip. One of their favorite yearly vacation spots was Branson, MO. June loved music and spending time with her family. June also had quite a sweet tooth. She never met a cookie/muffin/sweet she didn't like. June celebrated her 100th birthday this year surrounded by her family and favorite sweet treats.

June had a kind and beautiful soul and was a bright light in many lives. June kept everyone on their toes with her clever sayings and quick, sassy comebacks. June will be deeply missed by all who loved her. June is survived by her sister-in-laws, Carol (Roger) Crawford, Imogene Bye and several nieces and nephews.

June is preceded in death by her husband, Dale Morgan, brothers, Donald Crawford and Roger Crawford, sister, Dee Weitemeyer, and both her parents.

A visitation for June will be held on Friday, October 2nd, 2026, at 10am, at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, located at 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL., 61008. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial.
