Belvidere, IllinoisJudy Carol Peaslee, 55, of Belvidere, IL died Thursday morning, August 10, 2006 in Rockford Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. Judy was born March 31, 1951 in Belvidere the daughter of Merrill and Mary (Buse) Bye. She married Dennis Peaslee on February 6, 1971 in Belvidere. Judy retired in 2005 from Washington School where she was the food service manager. She enjoyed many things in life including her gardens, scrap booking and being a member of the Boone County District 2 Volunteer Firemen's Women's Auxiliary, but her family and granddaughter were the most important. Survivors include her husband, Dennis; mother, Mary Bye; daughter, Dawn (Erik) Lutzow; granddaughter, Madison Lutzow; brother, Dale Bye; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins; special friends Walita Johnson and Connie Stines all of Belvidere.Judy is predeceased by her father, Merrill.

A memorial will be established in Judy's name.
