Judith E. Keehn, 71, of Byron IL, passed away peacefully, Thursday morning, February 25, 2016 in her home. Born November 9, 1944 in Capron, IL, daughter of Warner and Thelma (Davidson) Friemuth. She graduated from high school. Judy married James Keehn on July 1, 1989 in Edgerton, WI. She enjoyed cooking, entertaining and liked hosting a fish fry every year. Judy liked crocheting, quilting and gardening. Most of all she loved her grandchildren, and spoiling her dog, Nova.

Judith is loved and will be missed by her husband, James; children, Kelly (John) Allen and Dan McGee; 4 granddaughters, 7 great-grandchildren; mother, Thelma Melquist; brothers, James and Gerald Friemuth. She is preceded in death by her father, Warner.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, March 4, 2016 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008 with Rev. Keith Manley officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m., until the time of service. Cremation rites will take place. Memorials may be directed to the family.
