Joy Lynn Beauregard, 67, of Rockford, passed away on November 21, 2024. She was born to Phyllis (Brick) and Roy Beling on June 30, 1957, in Rockford. A proud graduate of Guilford High School, Joy went on to work at several banking institutions in the area.

Joy had a passion for creating beauty in the world around her. Her flower garden was a testament to her nurturing spirit, and she took great pride in crafting a beautiful home and yard. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, and her home was always a welcoming place filled with love and care. Above all, Joy was an avid dog lover, and her companion, Elliot, was a constant source of comfort and support throughout her many health challenges.

She is survived by her loving husband of 15 years, Thomas Beauregard; daughter Ashley Marie Johnson; brother Bruce Beling; stepchildren Emily Louise Beauregard and Erick Thomas Beauregard; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Gay Lu Beling.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, November 29, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Anderson Funeral Home, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008
