Joseph B. Schultz, 23, of Belvidere, died March 10, 2007 following a tragic fire accident in Chicago while visiting friends. He was born November 17, 1983 in Belvidere, Illinois, the son of Morris F. and Charlotte J. (Perkins) Schultz. Joe has lived most of his life in Belvidere. He was employed as a Roofer by Christiansen Roofing Co. Joe was raised in the Baptist faith. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding dirt bikes with his brothers and friends, snowboarding, listening to '80's music and traveling. He is survived by his mother, Charlotte J. (Jerry Fields) Schultz, Belvidere, Ill.; father, Morris F. Schultz, Savanna, Ill.; two brothers, John (Rachel) Schultz, Rockford, Ill.; Matthew Schultz, Savanna, Ill.; three nieces, Shayla Schultz, Kayla Wigget, Alissa Wigget; two nephews; Skylar Schultz, Seth Wigget; his other relatives, William D. Perkins; Rosemary Hamilton; Donald Perkins; George Perkins; Robert Perkins; Barbara Roberts; Sheila Sayer; Carol Patton; Janet Donato; Charlene Boldt; Madonna Bloyer; Miriam Huseman; Kathy Haukom; Stephen Schultz; Elizabeth Schultz.
