Rockton, ILJohn Edward Moser, 79, of Rockton, IL and formerly of Ft. Wayne, IN died peacefully, Tuesday morning, August 7, 2012 in Highview in the Woodlands, Rockton, IL after a lingering illness. John was born July 5, 1933 in Woodburn, IN the son of Marion E. and Cora M (Main) Moser McKinney. He graduated form Woodburn High School in 1951 and served our country in the US Air Force from 1952 to 1956. John was employed with People's Trust Bank as manager and assistant vice-president; as well as the owner and manager of John Moser Quality Cars, 321 East State Street, Ft. Wayne, IN. John was noted for having high quality cars for sale; Corvettes were his favorite. John was also an antique collector, his residence on Lima Road had a barn full of collected items.John is loved and will be missed by his brother Michael (Lynda) Moser of Rockford, IL and their children.

A memorial will be established in his name in care of the family.
