Jesus R. Roman, 65 of Belvidere, IL passed away peacefully, Monday morning, September 21, 2015 in Northwoods Care Centre after a short illness.  Jesus was born September 13, 1950 in El Cuidado, Tep, Zacatecas, Mexico the son of Jesus Roman Ramirez and Josefa (Raygoza).  He married Esperanza Mata in Mexico.  Jesus is loved and will be missed by his wife, Esperanza; children, Roxana (Joaquin) Valadez, Jesus Roman and Cristian Roman; granddaughter, Maemi Roman; brothers and sisters, Rosa Maria Roman, Manuela Roman, Paul Roman, Refujio Roman, and Humberto Roman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2015 in St. James Catholic Church, Belvidere, IL.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, September 27, 2015 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Avenue, Belvidere, IL.  Burial will be in St. James Cemetery.
