Jessica Renee Reese, 38, of Loves Park, IL, went to be with the Lord on June 4, 2024 following a long illness. She was born on April 20, 1986. The daughter of Cynthia Parsons and Kevin Bennett. She was a deeply devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend.

She graduated from Belvidere High School and continued her education with a Bachelor's degree in medical billing and coding. Jessica enjoyed baking and cooking, as well as playing video games with her family.

On July 31, 2010 she married the love of her life Christopher Reese. They shared 14 years of marriage.

Jessica was a true fighter until the very end, demonstrating boundless courage and resilience and an enduring legacy of perseverance and strength. In addition to her remarkable resilience, Jessica radiated warmth, compassion, and generosity. She was kind and tender and also had the strength to always speak her mind.

Jessica will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know her.

She is survived by her husband Christopher Reese; children, Alana and Lucas, parents, Cynthia (Phil) Coppney, and Kevin (Shelly) Bennett;grandmother, Frieda Parsons; siblings, Kyle (Valarie) Bennett, step-siblings, Tyler (Sydney) Coppney, Stephanie Alvares, and Stacy Frazier. She is also survived by her in-laws, Loretta and Donald Reese, brother and sister in-law, Phillip (Charlotte) Reese and Leslie Reese, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who love her dearly.

She is welcomed into heaven by her grandparents Anne and Gail Bennett, and Berton Parsons.

Jessica's memorial service will be on Friday, June 14th at 1pm. A visitation will take place at 12pm until the time of service at Anderson Funeral Home. Located at 218 W. Hurlbut ave. Belvidere, IL 61008. Burial to follow at Belvidere Cemetery.
