Jeffrey A. Konieczki, 41, of Poplar Grove, died, Tuesday, March 19, 2013 at Swedish-American Heart Hospital following a short illness. He was born on December 12, 1971 in Chicago, Illinois; the son of Gerald W. and Diana L. (Selinko) Konieczki. Jeff was married to Sheri R. Carter in Florida on July 14, 2000. He was a professional driver for T. H. Ryan Company who delivered for Brook Electric, as well as worked for Border Magic Concrete and Landscaping Co. Belvidere. Jeff attended St. Joseph Catholic Church, Harvard, Illinois; a member of Teamsters Local 710 serving as a Union Steward and member of C. T. D.U. He enjoyed camping and collecting cars especially 1971 Chevy Novas. He loved spending time with his wife and kids. He is survived by his wife, Sheri; four children, Kayla, Chloe, and Riley Konieczki and Matthew Strong-Konieczki; his mother, Diana L. Konieczki; a sister, Paula (Diana) Nestad; two brothers, Gerald (Tina) Konieczki and David (Annette) Nestad; aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff is preceded in death by his father.
