Jeffrey A. Kline, 43, of Rockford, died in April of 2006 in Costa Rica, Central America. Born April 1, 1963 in Belvidere, son of Jack and Arlene (McCormick) Kline. Jeffrey always enjoyed his music and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He graduated from Belvidere High School in 1981, where he played football for the Bucs. He served in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion, Carlson Post 1207. He graduated from NIU Law School and practiced law in Rockford.Survived by his daughters Megan and Jade and their mother Janeen Kline of Rockford, brother Steve (Jody) Nelson of MD, sisters Deb (Art) Pankhurst of Belvidere and Kim (Tony) Rosario of WI, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
