Jeffrey Lyle Harrison, 64, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 31st, 2023, surrounded by family. Jeff was born December 17th, 1958, to Charles and Mary (Pagel) Harrison in Darlington, Wisconsin. He married the love of his life, Barbara Harkner, on July 26th, 1980, and they went on to have two daughters – Andrea and Valerie. Jeff worked for Chrysler for over 40 years, retiring in 2018. He enjoyed going to his cabin in northern Wisconsin, snowmobiling, ATVing, playing cards with friends and watching the Green Bay Packers. Jeff was a proud member of the Illinois Packer Backers, and was a truly phenomenal woodworker. Although he had many hobbies, his greatest achievement and source of joy was his family. He adored his daughters and grandchildren, and would spend as much time with them as he could. He will be incredibly missed by all who knew him.

Jeff is survived by his daughters, Andrea (Daniel) Rezich and Valerie (Nicholas) Graulich; grandchildren, Gianna and Jackson Rezich, Layla, Sloane and Natalia Graulich; mother, Mary Harrison; sisters, Pam (Kevin) Van Fleet, Lisa (Steve) Bryer and Becky (Ron) Mitchell; mother-in-law, Gertrude Harkner; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Mike Harkner, Debbie (Pat) Peyton, Rick Harkner, Keith Harkner, Linda (Daryl) Weger, Bruce (Carol) Harkner; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife; his father; brothers-in-law, Timothy and Brian Harkner; and sister-in-law, Sue Harkner.

A visitation for Jeff will be on Thursday, April 6th, 2023, from 5 to 8pm at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave., Belvidere, IL 61008. His funeral service will be at 10am, Friday, April 7th, 2023. Rev. Allan Buss will officiate. Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to Northern Illinois Hospice.
