Belvidere, ILJeanette Roennenburg, 78, of Belvidere, IL died peacefully, Friday evening, June 25, 2010 in Home Bridge Nursing Home, Belvidere after a lingering illness. Jeanette was born March 7, 1932 in Belvidere the daughter of George and Viola (Lovesee) Schmeling. She married Robert Roennenburg on November 26, 1950 in Belvidere. She was retired from her position as an L.P.N. Jeanette was a very active member of the Women of Moose Lodge 1052.She is loved and will be missed by her brother, LeRoy Schmeling of Belvidere; sister in-law, Jean (Joe) Buttita of Arizona and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; husband, Bob; sister, Dorothy and brothers, Gerald and Robert.The family wishes to acknowledge Northern Illinois Hospice and staff members Rebecca, Carol M., Martha and Ema for the tender care and love given to Jeanette.
