Janice Forster 93, of Rockford, IL and formerly a fifty year resident of Cherry Valley, IL died peacefully Sunday morning, October 13, 2013 in Presence Cor Mariae. Janice was born October 10, 1920 in Columbia City, IN the daughter of Dr. Benjamin and Vera Isabell (Refner) Pence. She married Mr. Jack Forster on June 28, 1974 in Rockford. Janice was a Boone County Election Judge for many years and an avid reader and extremely gifted rummy player. Janice was a member of St. James Catholic Church, Belvidere.Janice is loved and will be missed by her children Mike (Linda) Phillips, Judy Hillis, Rodger (Jan) Phillips, Elaine Voiles, Pat Baxter, Peg (Cecil) Voiles, Johannah Overmeyer, Chris (Chuck) Lungstrom; granddaughter Angela Gosling; sisters Ellen Randall and Betty Loe of Panama City Fl.; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
