Jack V. Cooper, 73, of Belvidere, IL, passed away, Monday evening, December 5, 2016 at Park Place Nursing Home after a long illness. Jack was born January 20, 1943 in Dearborn, MI, son of Bill and Mae (Stickles) Cooper. He was employed as a tree surgeon, and did body work and painted cars. Jack enjoyed fishing, picking wild asparagus, and spending time with friends and family.

Jack is loved and missed by his children, Jack Cooper, Jr., Donny Dixon, Jeremy Cooper, Melissa Cooper,   and Jackie (Tim) Lider; brother, Bill Cooper; numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Jackie; sister, Judy and brother, Ricky.
