Isabelle M. Elliott, 87, of Belvidere, IL went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 6, 2020 in Belvidere. She was born on September 1, 1932 in Perry County, KY to Arthur and Beulah (Webb) Wilcox. She married her sweetheart, Jackie W. Elliott, on February 11, 1955 in Anderson, IN. Isabelle was a homemaker and adored her daughters, Debbie and Bonnie. Isabelle was a member of East Park Baptist Church for a number of years. She was described as a simple woman who loved her church and God, spending time with her family, and cooking.

Isabelle will be dearly missed by her daughter, Bonnie (Dale) Horner; her sisters, Carol, Mary, and Rosalita; her grandchildren, Jason, Tyler, and Hannah; great-grandchildren, Jordyn, Jocie, Jacob, Gage, and Delilah; and her great-great-grandchild, Blane.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jackie; her daughter, Debbie; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters.

All services will be private.
