Humberto C. Guevara, 54, of Belvidere passed away on February 26, 2022. Born in Mexico, the son of Eulalia (Castillo) and Emilio Guevara. On January 15, 2000, Humberto married the love of his life, Maria (Espinoza) and together they had four beautiful children. Humberto was a hardworking yet simple man who loved nature, traveling and sightseeing. He enjoyed his time jet skiing on Lake Geneva and Silver Lake, many times starting the day with a cup of Dunkin' Doughnuts or Starbuck's coffee and ending it with a glass or two of red wine. In 2007, together, Humberto and Maria began their trucking company, Beandany's Inc. Though Humberto was a humble man, he was proud of the business that he and his wife had created and that his children had joined them in their endeavor.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Maria; children, Humberto (Samantha Lee), Angel (Allison Paterson), Dannyel, Emmanuel and Fabiola Guevara; father, Emilio; brother, Hector; sisters, Yolanda, Silvia, Lourdes, Guadalupe, Christina, Irma and Laura Guevara and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his mother.

A visitation for Humberto will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, March 3, 2022 in Anderson Funderal & Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL ending with a Rosary Service at 7:45 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4th in St. James Catholic Church, 402 Church Street, Belvidere, IL with the Rev. William Schuessler celebrating. Burial will be in Belvidere Cemetery.
