Helen J. Seymour, 84, a lifelong resident of Belvidere, died Monday, July 25, 2005 in Maple Crest Nursing Home following a short illness. Born October 27, 1920 in Belvidere to Herman and Mabel (Carlson) Linder. Married Raymond Seymour in Belvidere on November 24, 1942. She was a member of Evangelical Covenant Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed baking and needlework. Helen is survived by her two daughters, Kathy (George) Keller and Pat Evans, and a son, Jon Seymour all of Belvidere. Five grandchildren, Andrew (Carin) Keller; Brian Keller; Chad Evans; Melody Seymour and Tiffany Seymour; one great grandchild, Paul Keller; her faithful dog, "Misha" and a special friend, Bernie Ohlson. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two sisters, Evelyn Peterson and Joy Vail; and two brothers, Paul and Roger Linder.
