Helen L. Martin, 68, of Poplar Grove died Tuesday March 29, 2005 at Kindred Hospital in Sycamore. She was born on February 20, 1937 in Crittenden County, Kentucky. On June 30, 1959 she married Allen Martin. She enjoyed fishing, going to the boat, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.She is survived by her husband of 45 years, sons; Rockie E. and Veva Martin Sr. of Poplar Grove, Allen D. and Cheryl Martin, Jr. of Roscoe, 5 grandchildren; Rockie Jr., Bridget, Dave, Shayla, Shane, and 3 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents.
