Harry L. Freeman, 75, of Garden Prairie, IL Passed away, Saturday, August 8, 2015 in Swedish American Hospital. Harry was born August 16, 1939 the son of Kenneth and Deloris Freeman. He married Sandy Wright February 17, 1995 in Belvidere, IL. Harry worked many years for Belvidere Construction after which he started and was proud owner of Freeman Moving. He enjoyed watching his favorite NASCAR driver Kasey Kahne and reminiscing about old times.

Harry is loved and will be missed by his wife, Sandy Freeman; daughters Elizabeth Licht, Kristin Mishler; step-son, Anthony Bender; brothers and sisters, Archie (Joyce) Freeman, Mary (Ron) Popham, Patrick (Ruthann) Freeman, Michael Freeman, Carol (Lee) Raymond, Susie (Dave) McKenna, Rose Lind; grandchildren, Nicole, Jamie, Justin, Megan, two great-grandchildren and best friend Larry Soma.

Harry is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Kimberly Freeman; brothers, Phillip Freeman, Terry Freeman, Robert Freeman and Larry Joe Freeman.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a time of reflection lead by family member Roger Freeman at 2:00 p.m., Saturday August 15, 2015 in Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services at Buck-Wheeler-Hyland Chapel, 218 W.
