Gregory Koper, 72, of Belvidere, IL, died peacefully July 14, 2024, in Rockford, IL. He was born May 30, 1952, in Belvidere, IL, son to Max and Katherine (Dohm) Koper.  He graduated high school and served faithfully in the Marine Corp in Desert Storm. He believed whole heartedly in God, Country and the Flag. He married his sweetheart, Ladonna Koper, and together they made many wonderful memories. He is loved and will be missed by his family and friends.

Gregory is loved and missed by his wife, Ladonna Koper, a brother, Daniel Koper, and multiple family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Max and Katherine, one brother, one sister, and his son, Brian Koper.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. A burial at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
