Glenda Gail Jones, 74, passed away February 20, 2022 in Rockford. Born September 10, 1947 in Sylacauga, Alabama. The daughter of Ray and Clara Mae (Warren) Bevels, Sr. Glenda married Donald Jones on June 18, 1969 in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Glenda loved her children and enjoyed joining her husband on trips to the VFW and American Legion in Belvidere. She spent time watching movies and in her earlier life, traveling the country solo, so much so, she wore out quite a few vehicles.

Glenda will be dearly missed by her husband, Donald; son, Scott (Jenny) Jones; daughter, Christel (Brad) Buss; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son, Gregory Jones.
