Geraldine K. Hermanson, 79, of Roscoe, IL passed away peacefully, Saturday, May 12,2018 in her home surrounded by her loving family. Geraldine was born February 2, 1939 in Beloit, WI, the daughter of Earl and Blanche Stouffer. She married the love of her life, David Hermanson on January 31, 1959 in Roscoe IL. Geraldine was a member of The Daughters of the American Revolution and Red Hat Society. She was passionate about crocheting, playing cards, traveling and camping. Most of all Geraldine cherished and loved her family.

Geraldine is loved and will be missed by her children, Gregory (Veronica) Hermanson, Gary (Chris) Hermanson, Dale (Dana) Hermanson; six grandchildren, Meghan (Sage), Bergen, Jason (Molly Altier), Chelsey, Natha , Ashley and Ayla.; sisters, Joan (Ben) Hilmer, Maxine Sager, numerous nieces and nephew as well as beloved friends. She is preceded in death by her husband and parents

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services, 218 W. Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008 with Patrick Anderson officiating.
