Gerald "Jerry" F. Fields, 66, of Belvidere, died Sunday, February 24, 2013 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born June 16, 1946 in Rockford; son of Merlin F. and Lillian Fields. Married Charlotte (Perkins) Schultz on October 7, 2011 in Belvidere. Worked in construction his entire life and was a member of the Teamster's Union. He loved to go to auctions and enjoyed fishing.Survivors include his loving wife Charlotte; children Tory, Toni, and Jamie; several step-children; several grandchildren; and sister Barbara "Bobbi" Fields.Predeceased by his parents and one step-son.
