Gary Martin Knutson, 69, of Poplar Grove, IL passed away at his home Saturday, August 25, 2018. The son of late Marion Martin Knutson and late Delores Mae (Nissalke) Knutson. Gary was born on August 20, 1949 in Winoa, MN. He was a veteran who served in the U.S. Army during the years of 1969-1971. He later worked for and retired from Keating of Chicago in December of 2016. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding bikes, and restoring and working on cars.

Gary is loved and missed by his daughters, Paula (Chris) Moses, Kelly (Donald) Farwell; sisters, Sandy (Bob) Kamrowski, Carol Vanover, Linda (Dick) McMahon, and Kathy Johnson; grandson, Billy Phillips Jr.; granddaughters, Kayley Farwell and Lexi Farwell; and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by both his parents and his brother Scott "Scottie" Knutson.
