Fred Young, Jr., 73, of Belvidere, died Thurs., Feb. 2, 2012 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born June 10, 1938 in Harvard, son of Fred and Mariam (Keller) Young, Sr. Served in the US Army. Married Bonnie Bliss on Aug. 6, 1966 in Brodhead, WI. Worked for Chrysler Corp., retiring in 2001. Survivors include his loving wife Bonnie, his children Linda (Wayne) Baete, Scott (Brenda) Williams, Gene (Melanie) Young, Donny (Kelly ) Young, Allena (Nick Heckman) Jeffery and Tonya (Brad) Nation, 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, sister Helen (Jerry) Hoppe, brothers Robert (Nancy), John (Sue), David (Bonnie), sister-in-law Elvira, and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and brothers Carl and Glen.
