Capron, IllinoisFay Robinson age 85, of Capron, Illinois died Sunday morning, February 13, 2005 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center after a sudden illness. Fay was born in Capron, Illinois on December 18, 1919, the son of Duett and Nettie (Erbentrout) Robinson. He married the former Shirley Smith in Capron on November 23, 1947. Fay spent his life farming.He was a member of Capron United Methodist Church, the Boone County Farm Bureau and was very devoted to his wife.Survivors include his wife, Shirley; daughter, Susan Reininger of Capron; grandsons, Jeff (Kelly) Reininger of Belvidere and Brian (Misty) Reininger of Capron; great grandson, Scott Reininger; sister, Virginia (Virgil) Teslow of Roscoe, IL; brothers, Roy (Shirley) Robinson of Sheldon, MO and Wayne Robinson of Poplar Grove, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.Fay was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Etta Rodie; brothers Donald, George and Burton.
