Etta F. Heshelman, 84, of Belvidere passed away on Monday February 28, 2005 at O.S.F. St. Anthony Medical Center after a brief illness. She was born on May 11, 1920 to Lawrence and Minnie (Montgomery) Nease in Genoa, Il. She married Ivan Heshelman on September 26, 1939 in Belvidere. Etta was a legal secretary and a self employed tax preparer for over 40 years.She is survived by children; Lawrence (Sherry) Heshelman of Belvidere, Mary (Ewell) Gardner of Mt. Morris, Il., and Jim (Marge) Heshelman of Metamora, IL., 9 grandchildren; Fayellyn Heshelman of Rochester, MN., Lucinda (Jeff) Engebretson of Stevens Point, WI., John (Amy) Heshelman of San Francisco, CA., Nannatte Heshelman of Belvidere, Ben Gardner of Bloomington, IL., Brad Gardner of Mt. Morris, Mindy Heshelman of Bloomington, Zach Heshelman, and Krysta Heshelman of Metamora, 3 great-grandchildren; Ethan, Katelyn, and Ava and a sister Eileen Bland of Shabbona. She is predeceased by both parents, her husband, and sister Vivian Paulson.
